Healthy Relationships is a group environment for youth to learn how to build interpersonal relationships with themselves and others (family, partners, peers, co-workers-etc.) through honesty, trust, and respect. Youth receive support on how to: navigate difficult feelings (hurt, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, denial, love, stress, overwhelmed etc.) in a positive manner, sharpen their effective communication skills, compromise and make shared decisions. Healthy Relationships challenges youth to understand how to think independently and set boundaries that value their self-worth. This program is facilitated by Lead Therapist Priscilla (she/her).
Healthy Relationships is appropriate for ages 14 and up.
